Conveniently located in Titusville across from the Royal Oak Golf Course, Carriage House is the Space Coast's newest assisted living facility.  We are located in a quiet, upper-class neighborhood minutes from downtown Titusville, and only 45 minutes from Orlando.  Our newly remodeled home is spacious and boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, an activity room, a kitchen, and a formal dining room.

Established in 2006, our home is clean, modern and elegantly appointed with all new furnishings.  We also have a gorgeous aquarium, a beautifully landscaped backyard and garden, and an enclosed patio perfect for quiet days to relax or to gather a bit of sunshine and sea-scented air which gently wafts in from the nearby water. Since we are a small, privately owned facility with room for only 8 residents, you'll know that each of them is given personalized, supportive care with all the comforts of home.  Our residents will always get the help and service they require to live full, enriched lives, while keeping the dignity, comfort, and independence they deserve, all customized to their individual needs.  Our beautiful home is open to both men and women, so if you'd like to consider us as a place for your loved one, hurry by or contact us.

When you leave your loved one in our care, we want to make sure that you feel confident they are getting the best assistance possible.  That is why all of our qualified staff are well-trained, caring individuals who strive to provide our residents with the attention, support, and service they deserve.

All of our staff are up to date on the most current training available and have years of experience working with the elderly.

Some of our many certifications include: Patient Rights and Dignity, Blood Borne Pathogens, HIPPA, Household Management, Stress Management, End of Life, Alzheimer's, and Fire Safety Prevention.
